We offer a 1-year limited warranty that covers any material or craftsmanship defects in your device, excluding refills or consumable components. This warranty is exclusive to the original buyer and is non-transferable. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the product must be purchased directly from iLucious's official website or an authorized retailer.

Additionally, warranty replacements or repairs are available in designated shipping areas, including Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America. For customers outside these regions, warranty claims may incur additional processing or shipping fees.

What is Covered Under the 1-Year Limited Warranty

This limited warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Malfunctions due to normal device usage under proper care.
  • Non-functional components due to production issues (e.g., buttons, sensors).

What is Not Covered by this Warranty

The following conditions will void the warranty:

  • Damage Caused by Negligence: Mishandling, dropping, improper storage, or failure to follow the provided user manual.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Repairs or alterations by third-party services not authorized by iLucious.
  • Improper Use: Using the device for unintended purposes or exceeding recommended usage times.

  • Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen devices.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality.
  • Unauthorized Resale: Devices purchased through unauthorized sellers, including third-party marketplaces, are not eligible.

Customer Protection Measures

  • Verification of Purchase: Claims are only valid if you provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation. Claims without proof of purchase will not be processed.
  • Compliance with EU Consumer Rights: This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Directive 1999/44/EC (on the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees) and Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

What Happens After Submission
